Bamboo has joined his new home.
Bamboo is a tiny bit smaller than her sister and we named her after the evergreen perennial flowering plants.
Bamboos include some of the fastest-growing plants in the world, due to a unique rhizome-dependent system. Certain species of bamboo can grow 910 mm (36 in) within a 24-hour period, at a rate of almost 40 mm (1.6 in) an hour (a growth around 1 mm every 90 seconds, or 1 inch every 40 minutes). Giant bamboos are the largest members of the grass family.
Bamboo is a registered pedigree, Maine Coon girl. She was growing up petite than the average Maine Coons, but that didn't stop her from being fearless and playful. During puberty, she did catch up in size. She is delicate, gentle, inconspicuous, and kind girl. She is moderate in her curiosity, but her explorer spirit never fails to drive her forward. Her favourite games are to play on the cat tree or to hide and ambush her siblings, hunting them down and attacking when they least expect. In contrast to that playful approach, she might seem over-cautious with people.
